Our team collectively has over 3 decades of experience working in the healthcare system. The one thing we know to be true - our current system is broken and is not serving patients or physicians. Since 2017, we have provided concierge-level health consulting services to private clients. When managing your health feels like a full-time job, Avanti becomes the Chief Operations Officer of your health - the one you never knew you needed.

Medical Facilities

Knowledge in healthcare is important, but it’s not enough. Patients feel dismissed, ignored, and insignificant. In a search for approaches to change this, I studied from leaders in other industries, such as fine dining and hotels. What I learned is that service is the thing you do, while hospitality is how you make your customers/patients feel while you’re doing it. This is why I became certified in Unreasonable Hospitality and I’m passionate about bringing this framework to healthcare!
